<p>A premium replacement for the stock ESX and QBCore boss menus. One screen where a job or gang runs its roster, its rank ladder and its shared money, with four permissions per rank set in game and a note on every movement of company cash. The interface is the reason to buy it.</p>

  <li><strong>Grade Editor</strong> Build the rank ladder in game. Level, display name, salary and permissions, all editable without touching SQL.</li>

  <li><strong>Validation Guard</strong> The editor lists every clash at once in plain language, duplicate names, a taken rank level, a salary over your ceiling, and refuses to save until they are fixed.</li>

  <li><strong>Escalation Blocked</strong> Nobody can promote a player to or above their own rank, act on someone senior, fire themselves, or touch the boss grade.</li>

  <li><strong>Server Authoritative</strong> The interface sends an intent and the server decides. Page toggles are enforced server side too, so a modified UI gets nowhere.</li>

<h2>Non destructive by design</h2>

<p>Grades are seeded from your framework's own job grades the first time the menu is used, so an existing server behaves exactly as it did before. The resource never rewrites job_grades or your framework's job tables. It keeps its own five tables and changes jobs only through the framework's official API.</p>

<h2>What stays open</h2>

<p>Escrow protected, but config.lua and all 12 locale files stay readable and editable after encryption. The config has 32 documented options covering locations, blips, interaction mode, currency and date format, UI scale, employee caps, safe limits, society account handling and notification settings.</p>
